What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer free shipping in the USA and the UK. We also offer “flat rate” shipping and express shipping. Free shipping takes 2-3 days more than flat rate shipping.

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can see shipping times and cost on the checkout page.

Please note that you may have custom duty to pay on the receipt of your items. Please check with your country custom policies beforehand.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept most international cards.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

We do not charge VAT or Sales Tax on the items.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Generally, we do not accept returns on the orders fulfilled by us, unless it arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us if there is any return request.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel it.
